Due to the perishable nature of our products, Duke's Mayonnaise does not accept returns of food items; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items received during transit.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team expedite your replacement or refund request.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
